Spd88 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing use of the spd88 platform. By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated below. Please read carefully before creating an account.
These terms apply to all spd88 users in Malaysia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account, accessing, or using any service provided by spd88, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. This acceptance takes effect from the date you first use the platform.
To use the spd88 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

- Residing in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction that permits the use of online entertainment platforms.
- Not currently prohibited by any authority from using services of this nature.
- Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other party.
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
Spd88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm user eligibility. If any information provided is found to be false, the platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on spd88. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential at all times.
- Not sharing your login credentials with any third party.
- Notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and current.
- Update your personal information if any changes occur.
Spd88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of passwords or account information due to the user's own negligence.

Payments, Deposits, and MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the spd88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). spd88 supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and interbank transfers. The list of available payment methods may change from time to time based on technical and operational requirements.
The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:
- All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. spd88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the spd88 account holder.
- Spd88 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details they provide are accurate and up to date. spd88 is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect account due to user error.
- Any attempt at fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the user's account will be closed immediately.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Spd88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:
- Violating any of the terms set out in this document.
- Creating multiple accounts or sharing an account with another party.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
- Engaging in fraud, system manipulation, or any activity that harms the platform or other users.
- Identified as an individual prohibited from using such platforms by law or court order.
- Using the account for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, spd88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. Users who believe their account has been suspended in error may contact our support team for further review.
Liability Limitations and Intellectual Property
Spd88 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding its uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, spd88 shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions, system failures, or scheduled or unscheduled platform maintenance.
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
- Acts or omissions by third-party payment processors resulting in delayed or failed transactions.
- Any unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
All content on the spd88 platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, brand names, and software — is the intellectual property of spd88 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from spd88.
Third-Party Links & Services
The spd88 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors, game providers, or identity verification services. spd88 does not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or practices of such third-party services.
Your use of any third-party services linked through the platform is entirely at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before sharing personal information with them. Any disputes arising from third-party services should be resolved directly with the relevant service provider.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
